 6-week "Yoga for All Stages & Ages of Menopause" Series / Wednesdays / 10-11:15am PST

All classes available on Zoom.

Menopause is often described as a natural part of aging, yet it represents a significant biological, neurological, hormonal, and psychosocial transition.

 

No two menopause journeys are the same. Our approach honors each individual’s lived experience while offering practical tools for resilience, clarity, and wellbeing.
